With a pledge to give back to the communities we serve, dnata4good is aligned with 3 major charitable pillars: Community, Environment and Wellbeing.
Gerry’s dnata shares this global commitment and is proud to uphold the values and pillars of dnata4good. In keeping with this initiative, we have conducted campaigns in collaboration with other local bodies. We strive to keep this effort alive and continually create a positive impact in our local community.
In addition to our commitment to community engagement, Gerry's dnata is steadfast in our dedication to environmental sustainability. We recognize the importance of protecting the planet for future generations and are actively pursuing initiatives to minimize our environmental footprint.
From organizing tree plantation drives to embracing digitization to minimize paper usage, we are implementing measures to promote eco-conscious practices across our operations. Additionally, our transition to electric forklifts and installation of solar panels are testaments to our commitment to reducing carbon emissions and transitioning towards cleaner energy sources
We are also proud to share our latest achievement of being the first ground handler in Pakistan to attain the Green Office Certificate by WWF Pakistan through our efforts in transforming our operations to minimize our ecological footprint. By implementing ecofriendly practices in our operations, we are not only reducing our ecological footprint but also setting a new standard for the industry.
Through our efforts in continually seeking opportunities to innovate and implement sustainable practices, we are proud to contribute to a greener and more sustainable future for all.
Corporate Social Responsibility
Gerry's dnata is committed to corporate and social responsibility, recognizing the importance of sustainability, ethical business practices, and community engagement. As a part of the global dnata4good initiative, we operate with integrity and accountability, ensuring that our business activities have a positive impact on society and the environment.
From reducing our carbon footprint to supporting local communities through philanthropic initiatives, we strive to be a responsible corporate citizen. Most recently, we conducted a nation-wide Tree Plantation Drive across all 7 stations, planting over 100 trees across Pakistan. Additionally, our team came together for a Blood Donation Drive and made a total of 115 blood donations across our 3 major stations in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.
By aligning our business objectives with broader social and environmental goals, we aim to create value not only for our stakeholders but also for the world around us.
